Job Function Summary:
The Critical Care Account Executive (CCAE) is an essential field-based role that will be central in driving adoption and future growth of the Pronova-O2 and Turn Medical brand. The position will be a highly visible role to leadership and customer organizations, requiring excellent clinical and customer facing management skills.

The CCAE will be responsible for providing and overseeing the pre-sales and post-sales product application support for Turn Medical’s new and existing clientele. Additionally, the CCAE will be responsible for increasing market share in the rental, capital and disposable marketplace. The CCAE will develop, maintain and manage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. The CCAE will provide customer training on the use and application of the Pronova-02 in the clinical environment. The CCAE will maintain a focused call schedule to include calling on key stakeholders within the hospital environment.

Areas of Accountability include, but are not limited to:

  • As a Turn Medical Sales Representative, you work strategically to promote and sell Turn Medical Automated Proning System to meet our customers’ needs.
  • You will achieve your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations both live and virtual of all related products and programs.
  • You are responsible for becoming the resident Proning expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of nurses, medical directors, and administrators. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers.
  • You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service to include rounding activities and 24/7 support
  • You contribute to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
  • You strive for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product and customer centric-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in driving rental utility and training and education programs.
  • You are committed to operational excellence, reporting customer complaints, notifying supply chain regarding capital sales opportunities, participating in establishing appropriate par levels for disposables and committing to on time delivery of rental products as well as capital sale and disposable delivery.
  • As a Critical Care Account Executive, you live out your mission to save and change lives by selling and renting Turn Medical products that are making healthcare better.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales or relevant experience.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and product training and education, remote proctoring.
  • Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
  • Must be available to participate on an on-call schedule on various occasions to meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Solid clinical knowledge of the critical care space.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Applies a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.
  • A dynamic, confident, driven and articulate individual who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization, forging high trust relationships, communicating in a compelling and direct fashion.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts (i.e. MD, nurses and clinical staff) at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.
  • Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs, such as speaker programs and other activities.
  • Proficient with; Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass background and drug screen investigations.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job.
  • Maintain all company property.
  • Perform all company business in accordance with all regulations (EEO, FDA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Maintains a professional image that reflects positively on the company.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 40 pounds, sit, stand and walk for long distances.
  • This individual will be able to live anywhere in the geography this role supports.
