Jeffrey is the Co-Founder, President, and CTO of Traumatec, a medical device start-up company that is focused on traumatic brain injury and brain cooling technology. He is a thought leader on brain cooling in the medical device industry.

Jeffrey holds twelve U.S. and international patents in therapeutic hypothermia and has researched with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He has also worked with the NASA Ames Technology Center with his patented technology for research and commercialization of products. There he earned a NASA Space Technology Certification.

Jeffrey consulted with KCI on skin and surface interface, and on surface technology integration.
