Larry Miller, MD
Larry is a serial entrepreneur, founder, emergency medicine specialist, and former CEO of Vidacare. He holds over 120 patents worldwide, and obtained 18 FDA device approvals. Larry is the inventor of the Arrow® EZ–IO® Intraosseous Vascular Access System, and is a leading authority on intraosseous access. Larry received top innovation of the year awards from the Wall Street Journal in 2008 and 2012, and was awarded Humanitarian of the Year in 2017 from the University of Michigan.
When Larry is not looking for unique solutions to significant medical problems, he is spending his time as an author, pilot, and photographer.
Brian Straeb
Brian is a proven healthcare and MedTech executive with over 30 years of leadership experience driving growth, operational excellence, and M&A success. He currently serves as CEO of Prescott’s, leading the company’s strategic expansion and innovation efforts.
Previously, he was President & CEO of Symmetry Surgical, where he led the company through its successful acquisition by Aspen Surgical in 2022. Before that, he served as President of Patient and Post-Acute Care US at Arjo, overseeing critical business operations in medical devices and healthcare solutions.
Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at Amerinet and Covidien, where he spearheaded sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive market expansion. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Turn Medical, advising on strategic growth and innovation in patient care technology.
Recognized for his expertise in scaling businesses, executing M&A transactions, and leading high-performance teams, Brian is a dynamic leader dedicated to advancing healthcare and medical technology.
Gary Knippa
Gary held the position of CFO for a gaming company in Colorado for several years before purchasing The Center for Legal Studies in 2007. Which was subsequently sold to Barbri in 2019. He currently owns CJK Milling, a mining remediation company in Colorado, and is working on a project to bring Icelandic geothermal power plant technology to the states. Garv holds a BBA in Finance, MBA, and is a CPA.
