Steve is a regulatory and quality professional with over twenty years executive leadership in both mid-size and large medical device companies.  His experience includes creation and mentorship of global teams to deliver international regulatory licenses and certifications (e.g., MDSAP, EU MDR, UKCA, etc.), implement electronic QMS/PLM software systems, lean/continuous improvement culture and regulatory strategies for international approvals of Class II and III medical devices, and PPE.  Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Bowling Green State University.  He also serves on his Village Environmental Commission, the Board of Directors for Hands on Suburban Chicago (HOSC), and he and his wife Martha reside in the suburban Chicago area.
